Terms and Conditions

Delivery T&C’s

• We currently deliver to addresses only within the borders of South Africa.
• For deliveries within South Africa, we use the Courier Guy or Fastway Couriers and this is area dependent.
• You will be sent an email notification containing your way bill number and tracking details one your parcel has been dispatched.
• Penalties will need to be charged if orders are cancelled after they have been dispatched
• Please take note of delivery times and prices relevant to the delivery method selected as indicated below.

Delivery Rate & ETA

• Our Delivery charge is currently a set rate of R80
• Delivery times are only regarded as having commenced upon payment confirmation being received by us.
• Delivery takes 3 – 6 working days for delivery to your door (sometimes less depending on your address/delivery area as to whether it is city or outlying).
• Orders are individually wrapped with love and are currently being dispatched from our warehouse once weekly
• Free delivery on orders over R650! As a thank you for being a dedicated Origin stationery customer, if the value of your order totals R650 or more, we will courier your order directly to you for FREE, GRATIS, MAHALA! So …make sure you do as much online shopping as you can in a single order, to benefit from this delivery option.

Returns Policy

• At Origin Stationery we pride ourselves in a delivering perfect product.
• Strictly no returns other than in the case of damaged goods, in which instance the damaged item must be returned in its’ original packaging to Origin Stationery accompanied by the original invoice number. No credits will be issued unless the correct invoice number linked to the faulty product is supplied.
• For merchandise damaged in transit, please contact the relevant freight company to inspect the goods and to file a freight claim.
What happens if a product I want is out of stock?
Unfortunately, we usually do not accept backorders. However, if an item is out of stock, you can click the button for us to notify you when the product is in stock, and if there is a significant demand for that item, we may re-stock that item.
• Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes we offer a gift wrapping service for a small fee and this can be selected at the product page. If the product you wish to have gift-wrapped does not have a gift-wrap option, feel free to write in to us in your order comments and we will assist you from there.
• Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, we do! Please use our contact form or email us your enquiry on admin@originstationery.co.za
Please include a short brief about who you are so that we can know a little more about your company, shop, business and the quantity you are looking at buying. Someone from our team can then contact you with the relevant info.
• Do you offer customised stationery?
We do not offer custom services at this stage for any existing products in the shop.
• Do you accept corporate orders?
Origin Stationery welcomes corporate orders and can possibly look at incorporating your corporate logo on to our products.
